New Membership Framework

At RGS-Canada, our board has worked diligently over the past year to revitalize the organization and strengthen our community. As part of this effort, we’re excited to introduce a refreshed membership model with four tiers explicitly designed for Canadians.

We’re also making a significant change: Covers Magazine will no longer be included with Canadian memberships. While we value and enjoy the magazine, membership dollars from RGS-US do not stay in Canada. (I personally remain a member of RGS-US to keep receiving mine!) If you’d like to subscribe directly, you can still do so through the U.S. site: RGS/US Memberships.

The New Membership Tiers

  • Friends of RGS-Canada (Free)
Our entry-level tier is designed for individuals who wish to be part of our growing community. Friends receive our quarterly newsletter to stay up-to-date on all things RGS-Canada.

  • Supporter of RGS-Canada (Paid)
The foundation of our paid membership. Supporters will have access to our new member portal (launching this winter) and receive early notifications about all RGS-Canada events.

  • Family Membership (Paid)
Designed to bring the whole household together under one membership price. Families enjoy the same benefits as Supporter members.

  • Champion Membership (Paid)
Our top tier, which includes all the benefits of Supporter and Family memberships plus exclusive RGS-Canada merchandise.

What’s Next

This new framework ensures that membership dollars remain in Canada, supporting habitat and conservation efforts nationwide. We’re looking forward to sharing updates with you throughout the year and welcoming more people into the upland conservation community.

Together, we can continue to build healthier forests, stronger wildlife populations, and a vibrant community of hunters and conservationists.

Sincerely,
Mark Symes
Director, RGS-Canada
